Available payment methods

The payment methods currently available for an order are the methods displayed at checkout or stated in a written Stellar Woodworks quotation or invoice. Availability may depend on the order amount, product, customer location, fraud screening, and the payment services enabled on our website.

We do not represent that a particular payment method is available unless it appears at checkout or is confirmed by us in writing. Do not send payment credentials or sensitive financial information by ordinary email.

Payment processing

Online payments are processed by the third-party payment provider selected at checkout. The provider receives and processes the financial information needed to authorize the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. Stellar Woodworks generally receives the transaction status, billing details, payment reference, and limited account information needed to fulfill and support the order; we do not intentionally store complete payment-card credentials on our website.

Currency, authorization, and charges

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless expressly noted otherwise. When you submit an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown, including any taxes, freight upgrades, or other charges you approved. An authorization or payment confirmation does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. Orders remain subject to verification, availability, fraud screening, and final acceptance by Stellar Woodworks.

For large, custom, made-to-order, or specially configured equipment, we may require a deposit, staged payment, wire transfer, or another payment arrangement stated in a written quotation. Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect information transmitted between your browser and the site. Payment providers may use encryption, tokenization, authentication, fraud monitoring, and other controls. Verification and fraud prevention

We may request additional billing, identity, business, tax, shipping, or delivery information before accepting an order. We may delay, cancel, or refund a transaction if information cannot be verified or if we reasonably suspect unauthorized activity, fraud, pricing error, product unavailability, sanctions concerns, or another compliance issue.

Payment failures and duplicate charges

If a payment is declined, pending, duplicated, or appears incorrect, contact us and the applicable payment provider or financial institution. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever practicable and are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. After we issue a refund, the payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
