1. Place the order first

No pre-order payment confirmation is required. Place the order online and select an available checkout method. If ACH, wire, or another approved payment step is completed after the order, our team sends an authentic invoice tied to the order number. Shipping is arranged separately after the order under the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

2. Accepted payment methods

• Credit or debit card: processed through the authorized checkout provider when available.
• PayPal: processed through the PayPal option displayed at checkout or in the approved payment request.
• ACH transfer: sent to the STELLAR WOODWORKS LLC business account identified on an authentic invoice.
• Wire transfer: sent only under verified instructions tied to the order and authentic invoice.

The order record identifies the amount due, payment status, and payee. A quote or equipment request is not an order and does not reserve stock.

3. Verify ACH and wire instructions

• Do not send payment to a personal account or an unrelated company.
• Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or full card details by email or contact form.
• Confirm that the invoice identifies STELLAR WOODWORKS LLC and the same product, amount, and order reference you approved.

4. Card and transaction data

When an authorized payment provider processes a card or PayPal transaction, that provider handles payment credentials under its security and privacy terms. Stellar Woodworks receives transaction status and related order information but does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on this website.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued under the applicable Return Policy or Cancellation Policy to the original payment method unless law or the payment provider requires another method. Never pay an additional fee to “release” a legitimate refund.
