Terms of Service
These terms govern use of stellarwoodworks.pro and orders placed with STELLAR WOODWORKS LLC. A buyer may place an order online without pre-order contact. Checkout details and any post-order shipping or service arrangement accepted by the buyer form the controlling order record.

2. Catalog, pricing, and availability
We work to present accurate product titles, images, prices, specifications, documents, stock status, and lead times. Manufacturer data and availability can change. A listing allows the buyer to submit an online order but is not a guarantee of availability. We may correct a material error and will contact the buyer if a change affects a submitted order.
The checkout record identifies the product, quantity, price, tax, and information collected at checkout. After the order, our team contacts the buyer to arrange destination, freight, access, unloading or rigging needs, and optional services before shipment. Checkout details plus any post-order arrangement accepted by the buyer control the order.
3. Orders and payment
No pre-order confirmation is required. The buyer may place an order online using credit or debit card, PayPal, ACH, or wire transfer when that method is shown at checkout or provided on an authentic Stellar Woodworks invoice. An order becomes binding when Stellar Woodworks accepts it and the required payment is authorized or clears.
ACH and wire instructions are provided only through checkout or an authentic invoice after the order. Never send funds using bank details from an unverified message; confirm new or changed instructions by calling +1 (754) 219-7686. A quote request is not an order and does not reserve inventory.
4. Shipping, site services, and risk
The Shipping & Delivery Policy is incorporated into these terms. After the order, our team contacts the buyer to arrange freight, destination access, delivery timing, unloading or rigging needs, and optional services before shipment. Standard freight does not automatically include unloading, final placement, crane or forklift service, rigging, installation, commissioning, training, or utility connections.
Any additional charge not collected at checkout is disclosed for the buyer’s written acceptance before shipment. We do not add an undisclosed charge. If the buyer declines a newly disclosed charge before carrier booking or a non-cancellable manufacturer commitment, the buyer may request cancellation and a refund under the Cancellation Policy. The buyer remains responsible for accurate delivery information, site access, safe unloading resources when not included, utilities, permits, and local compliance. Title and risk transfer as stated in the accepted order record or, if silent, under applicable law and carrier terms.
5. Cancellations, returns, and warranty
Cancellation requests are governed by the Cancellation Policy. Delivered-product returns are governed by the Return Policy. Warranty claims are governed by the Warranty Policy, including the manufacturer warranty in months 1–12 and the Stellar Woodworks limited extended warranty in months 13–24.
6. Product use and safety
Industrial machinery can cause serious injury, death, fire, property damage, or production loss. The buyer is responsible for qualified operators; site-specific risk assessment; guarding; dust and fire controls; code-compliant electrical, pneumatic, ventilation, and other utilities; and compliance with manuals, labels, law, and safety standards. Do not bypass safety systems or operate damaged or incorrectly installed equipment.
7. Intellectual property and third-party names
Site text, design, branding, and original media are owned by or licensed to Stellar Woodworks. Manufacturer names, product names, logos, specifications, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. No relationship or authorization should be inferred unless the relevant product page or written quote expressly states it.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except for express written order and warranty obligations, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar Woodworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, lost production, lost profit, or business interruption arising from site use, delivery delay, installation conditions, or equipment use. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits that limitation.
9. Governing law and changes
Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Venue lies in a court with jurisdiction over Indian River County, Florida. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a new effective date; accepted orders remain governed by the terms incorporated at acceptance.
