The Wood Buddy is designed to mill logs up to 28” diameter into valuable lumber and squares, and do it simply and economically.

The modular design allows you to attach additional 6’ track extensions, if necessary, to accommodate logs of any length. You can make the track as long as you need it to be.

If you don’t need a mill with all those extra “bells and whistles,” or if you own a wood shop or just want to turn fallen timber into nice boards and squares, then the Baker Wood Buddy is all you need.

• The Wood Buddy can be transported by breaking it down to a 28” × 75” (71 cm × 191 cm) package, which can be put in the back of a pick-up truck or on a small trailer.
• 9-HP Honda gasoline engine, standard.
• Cuts logs up to 28 inches (71 cm) in diameter and up to 8½ feet (2.6 m) long with standard 12-ft track.
• Centrifugal clutch to engage blade.

• Easy log clamping system consisting of two log dogging clamps.
• Standard two 6-ft track sections (12ft total length) support logs up to 8½ feet long. Extra track sections, sold separately, can be added to accommodate logs of any length.

• Lumber scale has 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, and 8/4 that allows for the kerf of the blade.
