Description
The DBS series are high efficiency indoor dust collectors generating up to 5000 CFM and are available in 10HP or 15HP. Equipped with a low RPM (1750 rpm) blower is designed to run much quieter than other high RPM units. The 1-micron filter bags ensure optimum air filtration and can be manually shaken too for cleaning. The large 168-gallon self dumping collection bin comes on casters and be conveniently lifted by a forklift and tilted to dump the wood waste into your larger waste bin. A pneumatic lever is used to lift the sleeves connecting the system to the dump bin which saves time and effort.
Removable Dump Bin/Manual Shaker
The dump bin is shown removed from under the dust system, ready to be picked up by a forklift from the end. The manual shaker is used to clean the upper filter bags to keep efficiency at an optimum.
Dump Bin
168-gallon capacity dump bin can be conveniently wheeled form beneath the dust collector and picked up with a fork lift for dumping in to your larger bin for disposal. The bin is equipped with a safety strap to be connected to your forklift.
