• Heavy Duty Construction – Solid cast iron table which is precision ground & polished for a smooth and accurate jointing surface.
• Spiral Insert Knife Cutterhead – Equipped with a spiral insert knife cutterhead with 2-sided 30x12x1.5mm replaceable insert knives which provides a superior finish & ultra-quiet operation.
• Table Raising & Lowering Mechanism – The parallelogram design enables the table to travel in the same arc as the cutterhead which maintains a close & uniform distance for a safe operation regardless of the cutting depth.
• Heavy Duty Center Mounted Fence – The large cast-iron fence is center mounted and adjusted in / out by rack & pinion. It can also be tilted with positive stops of 45, 90, 135° & can also be locked at any angle.
• Noise Reduction Table Lips – Both infeed and outfeed tables are equipped with unique noise reduction table lips which are contoured close to the cutterhead for safe and quiet operation. Also equipped with a rabbeting ledge on the infeed table with a Max. Depth of 3/4”
• Safety Guard – The spring-loaded safety guard moves only when the workpiece is being fed. The guard will return to its original position upon completion of the cut ensuring a safe operation.
